چکیده

The most important development period in cereal plants is the initial stage, that is, seed germination and early seedling development. Even if barley thought to be a partially salt-tolerant plant, it may severely affected when exposed salinity at developmental periods. Pre-treatment preparation of seeds before sowing have an agriculture. Nano-seed priming treatment new approach used increase germination, emergence growth recently. In this study, effects nano-TiO2 (0, 100, 200 mg L-1 n-TiO2) pre-application ongoing/combination application under 200, 300 mM NaCl) on were investigated. Root lengths (RL, mm), rates (GR, %), radicle emerging (RE, number coleoptiles (CN) measured depending day (1, 2, 3 days). At end third day, fresh dry weights (FW,DW mg) measured. relative index (RGI) root mean time (MGT) calculated. It was determined 100 n-TiO2 increased length RGI compared control groups. observed significantly percentage, biomass especially salt conditions. Also, RE too conditions (1st day). NaCl inhibitory dose, also remained below 20% all groups
